Hi! I'm Trish
I help professional women rediscover their authentic self, realign with their values, and walk in their purpose without sacrificing their lifestyle.
I was raised in Brooklyn, NY, lived in Atlanta for 15 years, and now I'm in sunny Florida. I've created the life of my dreams and you can too. I know what it feels like to deal with trauma, drama, and setbacks. I've dealt with childhood abuse, domestic violence, divorce, racism, the death of my sister and parents, and even the 9/11 attacks. I've learned what Oprah Winfrey calls "Post-Traumatic Wisdom." Through my studies of Buddhism, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and coaching, I've created a path to Black Girl Joy like you've never seen before. I wrote about this path in the #1 Amazon bestselling book, 12 Steps to Mind-Blowing Happiness, which was endorsed by Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, and Iyanla Vanzant. I also share this path in my self-help memoir, Thinking Outside the Chrysalis: A Black Woman's Guide to Spreading Her Wings. My work has been featured on CBS46-TV Atlanta, WBLS-FM New York, and many media outlets. My latest book The Anger Myth: Understanding and Overcoming the Mental Habits That Steal Your Joy is scheduled for release by Rowman and Littlefield in the spring of 2024. When I'm not helping women create lives that they love, you can find me hiking, in the yoga studio, or at the beach.
